Here are frequently asked questions and answers
How many potos should we expect?
We had in contract 600 photos, but we are the first to break our own rule and we always give more than that. It’s hard to put an exact number on the images you will get, every wedding is different so we don’t put limits on this, we want you to have every Good photo that was taken on your wedding.
What is your turn arround time?
For weddings it can take anywhere around 3 to 4 months.
Do you Photoshop us?
No, we Will not alter the way you look other than for skin blemishes or anuthing temporary taht wouldn’t normally be there. We prefer to take care all the details since the momento we take the photo, if there is something that we need to put extra atention please let is know.
Do you deliver RAW files?
No, because we believe editing is part of the magic and without it our work would feel incomplete. That’s why we always deliver more photos that spected. If for some reason you feel like we capture something but did not get it in the delivery, please let us know and we will take a look for it.
Do you work with other photographers?
Documenting a wedding is something that we consider very important and delicate, that is why we always have either Adriana or Julio present as the main photographers, one of the two will be present as photographer in charge and a secod shooter that is part of our team. go with us always.
Do you offer videographer service?
No we don’t offer video service, but we can give you recommendations without any problema.
Where are you based? Do you travel?
We live in Queretaro, Mexico. We love to travel and it gets better if it’s for work. We had traveled all arround Mexico, the United States, Spain and Moroco, so we go to any place.
How do travel costs work?
We always have a meeting with you to check all the specifics and then we send you an estimate for you to take a look at and proceed from there. In this aspect we like to be very clear. We don’t like to increase the price with exaggerated or extravagant things.
